कोसा धागे से आदिवासी महिलाएं बुन रहीं जीवन का ताना-बाना: महीन धागों ने खींच लाई खुशियां
रायपुर। मेहनत, हौसला और आगे बढऩे की चाह हो तो खुशियां महीन धागों से भी खिंची चली आती हैं। कोसे के इन्हीं महीन धागों से नक्सल हिंसा प्रभावित दंतेवाड़ा जिले की आदिवासी महिलाएं अब अपने जीवन का ताना-बाना बुन रही हैं। गीदम ब्लॉक के छोटे से गांव बिंजाम की महिलाओं ने कोसा से धागा निकालने की कला सीखकर न सिर्फ अपने आय का एक नया जरिया बनाया है, बल्कि आत्मनिर्भर बनकर पूरे परिवार के जीवनस्तर को एक नई दिशा दे रही हैं। कभी खेती-बाड़ी और घर के काम-काज में पूरा दिन लगाने वाली ये महिलाएं आज कोसा धागा बेच कर हर महीने 5 से 6 हजार रुपए कमा रही हैं।
कभी इन महिलाओं का जीवनस्तर सामान्य से भी नीचे स्तर का था। इनकी आर्थिक सहायता और जीवन स्तर को ऊंचा उठाने के लिए राज्य सरकार के द्वारा विशेष केन्द्रीय सहायता एवं केन्द्रीय क्षेत्रीय योजना के अन्तर्ग 4 लाख 37 हजार 5 सौ रूपये की लागत से ग्राम बिंजाम के 15 परिवार के हितग्राहियों को कुल 10 नग बुनियादी रीलिंग मशीन तथा 5 नग कताई मशीन प्रदान की गई। इसके साथ ही इन परिवारों की महिलाओं को 15 दिन रीलिंग तथा कताई कार्य का कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। काफी लगन और मेहनत से महिलाओं ने कोसा से धागा निकालने की कला को सीखा और उसे निखारते हुए आगे बढ़ रही हैं।
कोसा खरीदी से लेकर, धागा बनाने और उसे बेचने तक का काम महिलाएं खुद कर रही हैं। कोसा से धागा निकालने की प्रक्रिया में सबसे पहले वह कोसे की ग्रेडिंग करती हैं। ग्रेडिंग के बाद प्रतिदिन के हिसाब से कोसा उबाला जाता है और उबले हुए कोसे से धागा बनाया जाता है। ये महिलाएं कोसा फलों से धागाकरण कार्य करके रेशम धागे रील्ड यार्न तथा घीचा यार्न का उत्पादन करती हैं। जिसे व्यापारियों को बेचा जाता है, बिक्री से आए रुपयों से पहले कोसे का पैसा रेशम विभाग को चुकाया जाता है। इसके बाद बचे हुए रुपयों से का उपयोग महिलाएं अपना व्यवसाय आगे बढ़ाने और परिवार को चलाने में करती हैं। इस महिला समूह की एक सदस्य ने आभार जताते हुए बताया कि सरकार की पहल से उन्हें रोजगार तो मिला ही है, साथ में उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति भी ठीक हुई है। जिससे उनके घर की स्थिति सुधरी है। उन्हें अपने ही गांव में रोजगार मिल गया है और अब काम के लिए गांव से बाहर जाना नही पड़ता।
