सुप्रीम कोर्ट की सख्ती के बाद एसबीआई ने चुनाव आयोग को भेजी इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड की जानकारी
नईदिल्ली : भारतीय स्टेट बैंक ने इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड्स का पूरा डेटा चुनाव आयोग को भेज दिया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एसबीआई को सोमवार को फटकार लगाते हुए चुनावी बॉन्ड संबंधी जानकारी देने के लिए समयसीमा को बढ़ाने की मांग करने वाली याचिका खारिज कर दी थी. साथ ही कोर्ट ने आदेश दिया था कि एसबीआई 12 मार्च को कामकाजी घंटे खत्म होने तक इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड की पूरी जानकारी चुनाव आयोग को दे. उसी के मुताबिक एसबीआई ने मंगलवार शाम साढ़े पांच बजे तक इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड का पूरा डेटा चुनाव आयोग को भेज दिया है.
सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सीजेआई डी वाई चंद्रचूड़ की अगुवाई वाली पांच न्यायाधीशों की संविधान पीठ ने चुनाव आयोग को भी एसबीआई द्वारा साझा की गई जानकारी 15 मार्च को शाम पांच बजे तक अपनी आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर प्रकाशित करने का निर्देश दिया है. इसलिए अब जब एसबीआई द्वारा डेटा चुनाव आयोग को भेज दिया गया है तो इसे 15 मार्च तक अपनी वेबसाइट पर पब्लिश करना होगा.
सुप्रीम कोर्ट में हुई सुनवाई में न्यायमूर्ति संजीव खन्ना, न्यायमूर्ति बी.आर. गवई, न्यायमूर्ति जे.बी. पारदीवाला और न्यायमूर्ति मनोज मिश्रा भी शामिल थे. बेंच ने एसबीआई को नोटिस देते हुए कहा कि यदि बैंक उसके निर्देशों और समयसीमा का पालन करने में विफल रहता है तो कोर्ट अपने 15 फरवरी के फैसले की जानबूझकर अवज्ञा करने के लिए उसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई कर सकती है.
बता दें कि पांच सदस्यीय संविधान पीठ ने 15 फरवरी को एक ऐतिहासिक फैसला सुनाते हुए केंद्र की चुनावी बॉण्ड योजना को रद्द कर दिया था. साथ ही इसे असंवैधानिक करार देते हुए निर्वाचन आयोग को चंदा देने वालों, चंदे के रूप में दी गई राशि और चंदा प्राप्तकर्ताओं का 13 मार्च तक खुलासा करने का आदेश दिया था. इस फैसले के बाद एसबीआई ने चुनावी बॉन्ड के विवरण का खुलासा करने के लिए समय-सीमा 30 जून तक बढ़ाए जाने का अनुरोध किया गया था. हालांकि सोमवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एसबीआई के अनुरोध को दरकिनार कर दिया और मंगलवार शाम कामकाजी घंटे के अंदर चुनाव आयोग को सारा डिटेल देने का आदेश दिया था.
