रोज रोज सब्जी मंडी जाकर सब्जी लाने का समय किसी के पास नहीं होता. ऐसे में बहुत से लोग हफ्ते भर की सब्जियां एक साथ ही लें आते हैं. अब सवाल ये उठता है कि इन सब्जियों को लंबे समय तक फ्रेश कैसे रखा जाए? वैसे तो सब्जियों को लंबे समय तक फ्रेश रखने के लिए फ्रिज का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है लेकिन कई बार फ्रिज में सब्जियां रखने के बावजूद भी कुछ सब्जियां खराब हो जाती हैं. इसका कारण सही से सब्जियों को स्टोर न करना होता है.
सब्जियों को अलग अलग तरह से स्टोर करने की जरूरत पड़ती है. कुछ सब्जियां रूम टेंपरेचर में ही फ्रेश रखी जा सकती हैं तो कुछ फ्रिज में रखने से फ्रेश रहती हैं. ऐसे में आइए जानते हैं किस सब्जी को किस तरह स्टोर करके लंबे समय तक फ्रेश रखा जा सकता है.
पत्तेदार सब्जियों को ऐसे करें स्टोर
पत्तेदार सब्जियां जैसे पालक, धनिया को स्टोर करने के लिए इन सब्जियों को सीधा फ्रिज में न रखें. फ्रिज में इन सब्जियों को रखने से पहले इन्हें अच्छी तरह से धो लें और सुखा लें. इसके बाद इन सब्जियों को पेपर टॉवल में लपेटकर सील्ड पैक में रखें. इस तरह पैक करने के बाद सब्जियों को आप फ्रिज में रख सकते हैं.
आलू, प्याज और बाकी सब्जियों को इस तरह करें स्टोर
आलू और प्याज जैसी सब्जियों को 1 से 2 हफ्ते तक बड़ी ही आसानी से स्टोर किया जा सकता है. आलू और प्याज को फ्रिज में स्टोर न करें. इन्हें थोड़ी ठंडी और डार्क जगह पर रखें. वहीं खीरे और टमाटर को पानी में डालकर फ्रिज में स्टोर करें. इस तरह से स्टोर करने पर ये सब्जियां लंबे समय तक फ्रेश रहेगी. गाजर को धोकर और अच्छी तरह से सुखाकर ही फ्रिज में स्टोर करें.
