प्रधानमंत्री ने छत्तीसगढ़ की 70 लाख से अधिक महिलाओं के खाते में ट्रांसफर किए 655.57 करोड़ रुपए

नई दिल्ली : छत्तीसगढ़ में लाखों महिलाओं के लिए ऐतिहासिक रहा । देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने छत्तीसगढ़ की 70 लाख से अधिक महिलाओं के खाते में बटन दबाकर 655.57 करोड़ की राशि ट्रांसफर की। मुख्यमंत्री विष्णुदेव साय ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की एक और गारंटी को पूरा करते हुए राज्य में महतारी वंदन योजना की पहली किस्त जारी कर दी है। रायपुर में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में महतारी वंदन योजना के तहत प्रदेश की 70 लाख से अधिक महिलाओं को मिलने वाली 12000 रुपए सालाना राशि की पहली किस्त 1000 रुपए प्रदेश की महिलाओं के खातों में सीधे भेजी गई।इस कार्यक्रम में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी बाबा विश्वनाथ की नगरी काशी से वर्चुअल रूप से जुड़े। उन्होंने प्रदेश की महिलाओं को संबोधित करते हुए कहा मैं तो आपको बधाई देता ही हूँ। बाबा विश्वनाथ भी आपको आशीर्वाद दे रहे हैं। कहा आज बाबा भोले की नगरी से एक हजार रुपए पहुंच रहा है साथ ही भोले बाबा का आशीर्वाद भी पहुंच रहा है।प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने कहा जब माताएं-बहनें सशक्त होती हैं तो पूरा परिवार सशक्त होता है।उन्होंने कहा आज मुझे नारी शक्ति को सशक्त बनाने वाली महतारी वंदन योजना को समर्पित करने का सौभाग्य मिला है। महतारी वंदन योजना के तहत छत्तीसगढ़ की 70 लाख से अधिक माताओं बहनों को हर महीने एक हजार रुपए देने का वायदा किया गया।
मुख्यमंत्री विष्णुदेव साय ने कहा कि महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में उठाया गया यह मजबूत कदम छत्तीसगढ़ की आधी आबादी के सपनों को पूरा करने की दिशा में बड़ी छलांग है।उन्होंने कहा प्रधानमंत्री ने विकसित भारत के निर्माण का लक्ष्य देश के सामने रखा है। इसके लिए विकसित छत्तीसगढ़ का निर्माण बहुत जरूरी है। आप लोग जितनी सशक्त होंगी, हमारा देश और प्रदेश भी उतना ही सशक्त होगा।योजना के तहत प्रदेश की महिलाओं को हर महीने 1000 रुपये दिए जाएँगे। इसका मतलब है कि सालभर में 12 हजार रुपये हर महिला को सहायता के लिए दिए जाएंगे। इसके लिए आवेदन करने की उम्र सीमा 21 साल रखी गयी है। इससे लगभग 70 लाख से अधिक महिलाएं लाभान्वित होंगी। छत्तीसगढ़ में शुरू हुई इस योजना का फायदा सभी वर्ग की महिलाओं को दिया जा रहा है। इस योजना का लाभ प्रदेश के मूल निवासी विवाहित, विधवा, तलाकशुदा और परित्यक्ता महिलाओं को मिलेगा। इस योजना में शामिल होने के लिए परिवार की आर्थिक आय ढाई लाख रुपए से कम वार्षिक रखी गई है। 21 वर्ष से अधिक आयु वर्ग की विवाहित महिलाएं इसके लिए पात्र हैं।

रायगढ़ कलेक्टोरेट के सृजन सभाकक्ष में जिला स्तरीय कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इसी तरह विकासखण्ड स्तर में नगर पालिका खरसिया, जनपद पंचायत पुसौर, जनपद पंचायत तमनार, जनपद पंचायत घरघोड़ा, जनपद पंचायत धरमजयगढ़ एवं जनपद पंचायत लैलूंगा में कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। महतारी वंदन योजना के तहत जिले की 3 लाख 6 हजार 800 महिलाओं के खाते में डीबीटी के माध्यम से पहली किश्त का अंतरण किया गया। इस अवसर पर महिलाओं ने प्रथम किश्त आने पर एक-दूसरे को मिठाई खिलाकर खुशी जाहिर की। इस दौरान खाद्य विभाग द्वारा जिले भरे में लगभग 1200 राशन कार्ड का वितरण किया गया। साथ ही जिला मुख्यालय में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में जनप्रतिनिधियों द्वारा 74 लोगों को राशन कार्ड प्रदान किया गया।
