जम्मू । आज जम्मू-कश्मीर में सीबीआई ने बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। सीबीआई ने फर्जी बंदूक लाइसेंस मामले में जुड़े 22 ठिकानों पर छापेमारी की। इसमें से 12 ठिकाने केवल कश्मीर घाटी के हैं। यह जांच सीबीआई चंडीगढ़ शाखा द्वारा की जा रही है। सूत्रों का कहना है कि श्रीनगर में एक अधिकारी के सरकारी आवास पर भी छापेमारी हुई है।
सीबीआई ने जम्मू-कश्मीर में 22 स्थानों पर व्यापक छापे मारे, जिसमें कश्मीर में 12 स्थान और जम्मू क्षेत्र में 10 स्थान शामिल हैं। अधिकारी ने कहा कि यह छापेमारी 2018 में सीबीआई को सौंपे गए फर्जी बंदूक लाइसेंस मामले के सिलसिले में की गई।
इस मामले की जांच पहले राजस्थान के आतंकवाद निरोधी दस्ते ने की थी। वहीं गैर-जम्मू-कश्मीर निवासियों को दिए गए फर्जी बंदूक लाइसेंस के बारे में चौंकाने वाले खुलासे के बाद इसे सीबीआई को सौंप दिया गया था। एटीएस ने पाया था कि जाली दस्तावेजों पर उधमपुर, डोडा, रामबन और कुपवाड़ा जिलों में गैर-जम्मू-कश्मीर निवासियों को 40,000 फर्जी बंदूक लाइसेंस जारी किए गए थे।
प्रारंभिक जांच से पता चला था कि एक आईएएस अधिकारी ने गैर-जम्मू-कश्मीर निवासियों को बड़ी संख्या में फर्जी बंदूक लाइसेंस जारी किए थे, जब वह उपायुक्त (डीसी) के रूप में एक जिले में तैनात थे।
