प्रदूषण नियंत्रण नहीं कर पाने वाले 20 उद्योगों पर की जा रही कार्यवाही
मंत्री ने कांग्रेस विधायक कुलदीप जुनेजा के लिखित प्रश्रों के लिखित उत्तर में दी जानकारी
रायपुर । छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा के मानसून सत्र में वन एवं पर्यावरण मंत्री मोहम्मद अकबर ने जानकारी दी है कि रायपुर जिले के 20 उद्योगों द्वारा प्रदूषण नियंत्रण यंत्र की स्थापना अपने उद्योगों में नहीं कर पाने के कारण उनके विरुद्ध कार्यवाही की जा रही है।
पर्यावरण मंत्री श्री अकबर ने कांग्रेस विधायक कुलदीप जुनेजा के द्वारा पूछे गए लिखित प्रश्न के लिखित उत्तर में यह जानकारी दी है। विधायक कुलदीप जुनेजा ने मंत्री से जानना चाहा कि रायपुर जिले में स्थापित 30 उद्योगों में से 9 उद्योगों ने प्रदूषण नियंत्रण संयंत्र स्थापित कर लिया है क्या बचे 21 उद्योगों ने भी प्रदूषण नियंत्रण संयंत्र स्थापित कर लिया यदि नहीं तो उन पर शासन द्वारा क्या कार्रवाई की जाएगी ।
इस पर वन मंत्री ने बताया है कि रायपुर जिले के शेष 21 उद्योगों में से वर्तमान में एक उद्योग द्वारा समुचित प्रदूषण नियंत्रण व्यवस्था स्थापित कर ली गई है शेष 20 उद्योगों में समुचित प्रदूषण नियंत्रण व्यवस्था स्थापित नहीं किए जाने के कारण छत्तीसगढ़ पर्यावरण संरक्षण मंडल द्वारा 18 उद्योगों के विरुद्ध जल (प्रदूषण निवारण तथा नियंत्रण) अधिनियम अधिनियम 1974की धारा33क के तहत विद्युत विच्छेदन उत्पादन बंद करने की कार्यवाही की गई। 1 उद्योग के विरुद्ध जल (प्रदूषण निवारण तथा नियंत्रण) अधिनियम अधिनियम 1974की धारा33क के तहत क्षतिपूर्ति राशि अधिरोपित करने तथा विद्युत विच्छेदन उत्पादन बंद करने की कार्यवाही की गई। शेष 1 उद्योग के विरुद्ध जल (प्रदूषण निवारण तथा नियंत्रण) अधिनियम अधिनियम 1974की धारा33क के तहत तथा वायु( प्रदूषण निवारण तथा नियंत्रण) अधिनियम 1981 की धारा 31 क के तहत पर्यावरणीय क्षतिपूर्ति राशि अधिकृत करने तथा विद्युत विच्छेदन उत्पादन बंद करने की कार्यवाही की गई ।
