एसबीआई की याचिका खारिज : 24 घंटे के अंदर जानकारी देने का आदेश
नई दिल्ली: इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एसबीआई को जमकर फटकार लगाई है। इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (एसबीआई) की याचिका को भी खारिज कर दिया है। बता दें कि एसबीआई ने एक याचिका दायर कर भारत के चुनाव आयोग को चुनावी बांड का विवरण जमा करने के लिए 30 जून तक समय बढ़ाने की मांग की थी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एसबीआई से फटकार लगाते हुए 12 मार्च को कामकाजी समय समाप्त होने तक चुनावी बांड के विवरण का खुलासा करने को कहा है। इसके साथ ही चुनाव आयोग को ये जानकारी 15 मार्च शाम 5 बजे तक पोर्टल पर सार्वजनिक करनी होगी।
दरअसल, भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (एसबीआई) की ओर से पेश वरिष्ठ वकील हरीश साल्वे ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट को बताया कि बैंक को भारत के चुनाव आयोग को चुनावी बांड का विवरण जमा करने के लिए अतिरिक्त समय की आवश्यकता है। साल्वे ने कहा कि एसबीआई की एकमात्र समस्या यह है कि वह पूरी प्रक्रिया को उलटने की कोशिश कर रहा है। एसओपी ने सुनिश्चित किया कि हमारे कोर बैंकिंग सिस्टम और बांड नंबर में खरीदार का कोई नाम नहीं था। हमें बताया गया कि इसे गुप्त रखा जाना चाहिए।
वहीं सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एसबीआई को फटकार लगाते हुए कहा कि उसने अपने फैसले में बैंक से मिलान अभ्यास करने के लिए नहीं कहा है, हमने स्पष्ट खुलासा करने का निर्देश दिया है। इसलिए यह कहते हुए समय मांगना कि एक मिलान अभ्यास किया जाना है, उचित नहीं है, हमने आपको ऐसा करने का निर्देश नहीं दिया है। कोर्ट ने साफ तौर पर कहा है कि 12 मार्च को कामकाजी समय समाप्त होने तक चुनावी बांड के विवरण का खुलासा करें।
आपको बता दें कि स्क्चढ्ढ ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट से इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड से जुड़ी डिटेल देने के लिए 30 जून तक मोहलत मांगी थी। इससे पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 15 फरवरी को राजनीतिक पार्टियों को दिए जाने वाले चंदे को लेकर इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड की व्यवस्था को असंवैधानिक बताते हुए इस पर रोक लगा दी थी।
देश के मुख्य न्यायाधीश डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ की अध्यक्षता वाली तीन-जजों की संविधान पीठ ने याचिका पर सुनवाई की। इसके साथ देश की सर्वोच्च अदालत ने स्क्चढ्ढ को 6 मार्च तक चुनाव आयोग को किसने किस पार्टी को कितना चंदा दिया, इसकी जानकारी चुनाव आयोग को देने के निर्देश दिए थे, लेकिन 6 मार्च से पहले ही स्क्चढ्ढ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका लेकर पहुंच गई, जिसमें उसने चंदे से जुड़ी जानकारी देने के लिए 30 जून का वक्त देने की मांग की है।
